Rubik's Revenge® solution overview

This is a centers first method I have found myself which is almost the same Chris Hardwick uses. Parity fixes are from Chris Hardwick site.
The main idea is to fix centers and pair up edges. Once this is done, if we only turn outer faces (no middle layers) the Rubik's Revenge® may be considered as a classic Rubik's Cube®; we may, then, use any known method to solve the Rubik's Cube®. Some parity problems may occur, two algorithms are provided to fix these kind of situations.

Step 0: Notations
This is a description of the notation used for Rubik's Revenge® algorithms
Step 1: Fix centers (5 algos)
In this step, we fix centers.
Step 2: Pair up edges (4 algos)
During this step, we pair edges.
Step 3: Solve the 3x3x3
In this step, we finish the cube with a 3x3x3 method.
Step 4: Parity fix (2 algos)
During this step, we fix parity problem.
