Step 0: Notations This is a description of the notation used for square-1 algorithms |
Step 1: Back to square form (5 algos) A 6-corners method is described and links to other methods are provided |
Step 2: Bring the corners in their correct layer (5 algos) It's a simple and intuitive step but each case is described and algorithms are provided |
Step 3: Bring the edges in their correct layer (7 algos) This step can be completed using only 2 algorithms but 7 algorithms are given to speed up things |
Step 4: Permute the corners within their layer (8 algos) Once again, 2 algorithms are enough but a list of each possible cases is provided for a matter a speed |
Step 5: Fix parity problem (1 algo) When you use this kind of method, you have fifty percent chance to have a parity problem, an algorithm and some diagrams are given to detect this kind of problem |
Step 6: Permute the edges within their layer (1 algo) Once the parity has been fixed, we can permute edges using a single and simple algorithm |
Step 7: Flip middle layer and swap layers (3 algos) These 3 short algoritms are used to flip middle layer and to swap layers |
